Questions organizations ask.
What exactly is The Room Method™?
+
It's our proprietary leadership methodology, four stages of leadership maturity that every leader moves through: Lead From Here™ (identity), Own the Room (presence and influence), Lead the Room™ (leading people), and Transform the Room™ (leading organizations). Every program we deliver sits somewhere in that progression, which means your organization builds one shared leadership language rather than a collection of disconnected trainings.
Are you a training company?
+
No. Training delivers content. We build leadership capacity, which is a different thing and takes longer. If you need a two-hour session on a topic, we're probably not the right fit.
How long does an engagement take?
+
Director Track™ runs as a six-module cohort experience. Executive coaching is a six-month engagement. Workshops and keynotes are single events. A Leadership Academy is typically a multi-cohort commitment across a year or more.
Do you deliver virtually or in person?
+
Both. The Room Method™ was designed to work in either format without losing the practice and reflection that make it effective.
What does it cost?
+
Investment is scoped to your organization. We'll discuss it in your Leadership Strategy Conversation.
What sectors do you work in?
+
Nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, government, and workforce development. Occasionally corporate, but mission-driven organizations are where we do our best work and where the methodology was built.
How do you measure impact?
+
Every organizational engagement produces an Organizational Impact Report™, an executive summary of what changed in your leaders, what they're now capable of, what organizational themes emerged, and where your risks remain. We don't hand you a satisfaction survey and call it evidence.
What is a Leadership Strategy Conversation?
+
A thirty-minute conversation about your organization's leadership situation. Not a pitch. You'll leave with more clarity than you came with, regardless of whether you become a client.
Can you customize a program for our organization?
+
Yes, and we usually do. The methodology stays intact; the content, examples, and application are built around your sector and your leaders.

Let's talk about the leaders you're building.
A Leadership Strategy Conversation is a thirty-minute conversation about your organization, not a sales call. We'll talk about where your leadership gaps are, what's driving them, and whether we're the right partner to help. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
