Speaking & Leadership Experiences

A keynote your audience enjoys is a nice event. A keynote they use is a leadership investment.

Positioning

Not a motivational speaker. A leadership strategist who speaks.

Shanna Kennedy has spent more than 15 years building leaders inside nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, and workforce organizations. She speaks from that work, not from a book she read about it.

Every keynote and workshop is built on The ROOM Method™, which means your audience doesn't just leave inspired. They leave with a question they can't unask and a tool they can use on Monday.

The ROOM Method™ The Four Rooms Every Leader Moves Through

Every leader moves through four critical rooms of growth, yet most leadership development programs miss the sequence entirely. Discover Kennedy & Co.'s proprietary framework for developing leaders with the confidence, clarity, influence, and strategic capacity to lead effectively in every room they're called to enter.

Lead From Here™ Leadership Before the Title

Leadership begins long before a promotion. Designed for emerging leaders, students, and young professionals, this keynote challenges participants to lead with purpose, initiative, and influence wherever they are today.

The Leadership Pause™ Leading Calmly Through Pressure and Change

Pressure doesn't create leaders it only reveals them. This keynote explores the discipline of responding instead of reacting and provides practical strategies for leading with clarity, resilience, and confidence during uncertainty and change.

Leadership Is an Organizational Strategy: Why Leadership Capacity Drives Organizational Success

Leadership capacity is not just strategic plans alone, it determines what an organization can accomplish. This keynote helps executive teams, boards, and senior leaders understand how investing in leadership creates stronger cultures, healthier organizations, and sustainable results.

Own the Room How Leaders Actually Grow

Leadership begins long before a promotion. Designed for emerging leaders, students, and young professionals, this keynote challenges participants to lead with purpose, initiative, and influence wherever they are today.

The Missing Middle The Four Rooms Every Nonprofit Leader Must Navigate

Nonprofits often promote their best people into leadership without preparing them for the hardest shift of their careers: moving from doing the work to leading people. The result is overwhelmed managers, executive bottlenecks, and burnout. This interactive workshop uses The ROOM Method™ to help nonprofit leaders find the room connected to their biggest challenge, work a real case, and leave with a 30-day action plan they can begin immediately.

Get Started

Let's talk about the leaders you're building.

A Leadership Strategy Conversation is a thirty-minute conversation about your organization, not a sales call. We'll talk about where your leadership gaps are, what's driving them, and whether we're the right partner to help. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
