Shanna Kennedy, M.Ed., is Founder & CEO of Kennedy & Co Leadership, a leadership advisory and development firm. Over more than twenty years across higher education, workforce development, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate environments, she has built leadership programs, managed a multimillion-dollar leadership portfolio, and scaled a senior leader community to more than 1,500 leaders nationally. Her work helps organizations prepare leaders for greater responsibility through The Room Method™, her firm's leadership development methodology.

She holds an executive coaching certification from UC Berkeley.
